Ffrindiau Ysgol Abermiwl

Friends of Abermule School

We have a super F.O.A.S  who put so much energy into raising much needed funds for the school.

Over recent years the F.O.A.S. has raised a considerable amount of money for the children in school. These funds have been utilised to purchase some excellent quality resources which can be found around the school e.g. reading materials and maths resources etc. All classes had new interactive touchscreens which have further enhanced the learning experiences available. FOAS money is also used to subsidise educational school trips and educational visitors to school.

How can you help?

Support and help organise events to raise funds.
Offer time to help in school e.g. reading, sport, music, craft or any skills etc.
Offer time out of school – “Love OUR School” – e.g. any manual work around the school such as painting classrooms, tidying up wild area, helping to create some super features in and around school.

Who can help?

Anyone – parents, grandparents, past pupils and other friends of the school.

Please come and join our super F.O.A.S. and enjoy supporting your child’s school and education.

If you are interested please contact the school or check out the F.O.A.S. Facebook page.
